After the $225 that I put on my credit card to book the shipment, I assumed that I could use the same card to pay for the balance. After the dispatch was complete, I get an email that the balance has to be cash to the driver on delivery. It turned out not to be a real problem but it would have been nice to know that upfront when making the initial booking.
