I bought a BMW 760Li in California to ship to NC. Car had dead battery and didn't start. Lady had to reschedule pick up and the shipper was very understanding and I was NOT penalized. The driver (his support staff) had outstanding communication and was very easy to reach via text. He never failed to reply promptly. Just a great service. Car was very dirty but to be expected as it was an open carrier.
