Working with Ship a Car Direct was a very simple process. Our customer service rep, Eric, was very responsive and transparent about the costs and timing for transportation. It was very easy to work with him and in the end, Ship a Car Direct ended up being the least expensive option for us. Our driver, Donnie, was good about communicating the pickup and drop off, and we got our car without any issues. Overall, very happy with this company.
