All in all a very positive experience with Ship A Car Direct. It was Thanksgiving week so I did not expect a very timely transport. But my car was shipped from southern California to New England in 6 days! Pretty good. There is no customer service at the trucking office, just some guy who grunts when he picks up the phone, but the price was right and the car arrived promptly and with no damage or issues. I would definitely ship with this outfit again. Bruce was level-headed and had the right temperament for this kind of customer service work.
