I was very pleased with the service that Ship A Car Direct provided. They picked up the car at a nearby mall parking lot on the day promised and took care to make sure that the hitch mount on my sedan (with a lower ground clearance than usual) did not scrape against the ground during loading or unloading. They let my daughter know when the car would be delivered to her ahead of time and were flexible regarding delivery location so she did not have to travel far after work to get the car. The driver delivered the car within a block or two of her apartment (in a mall parking lot) and the company allowed me to pay ahead of time so my daughter did not have to carry around a large amount of cash to take delivery of the car. The car arrived in good shape.

The office staff explained the process to me ahead to time and were very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again to ship a car.
