We were very pleased with the overall care and delivery of our car, cross country. Eric worked with us on a schedule change before we shipped, and Carlos, our carrier was very professional and kept us posted along the way as he transported our car with car across the country. There was only a bit of back and forth on the scheduling side, but in the end, it went very smoothly. We would recommend working with them again as they were very professional and communicative, and did their best to offer great customer service, amid a holiday timeframe. We were also very pleased with the condition of our car on the back end, it was evident that it was cared for.
