Before using this company, I checked the Better Business Bureau and found no issues. I also looked carefully at their Internet site and discovered that they had a lot of mini videos that provided a lot of information. I worked with Matt who responded quickly and answered any other questions that I had. He kept me up-to-date with a series of emails. I also contacted customer service with satisfactory results.
