Ship-a-car direct was awesome to work with! I had them transport my 2015 Dodge Challenger from CA to Massachusetts in the winter. The entire process was simple to understand and everyone I had contact with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Car was picked up on time and delivered on time.

Only issue was the smell of the carrier diesel fuel permeated my car upon arrival and for several days after. (Car must have been on the top rack of the open carrier near the truck smoke stack). It was also covered with diesel fuel smoke on the outside and took many times through the car wash to regain its beauty. I know there is not fault here, but if you don't want the smell and cleanup, ask to be put on lower rack if possible, not really sure if that would help though.

The entire experience overall was wonderful.

I would recommend them highly and use them again if the need should arise again.
