Ship A Car Direct was amazing in all aspects. Communicative, informative, and knowledgeable. I was a nervous wreck when processing the order due to the deposit that was taken AFTER my car was reserved on the truck. They gave me all of the information needed to speak to the drivers and when they wouldn't answer, Ship A Car offered to intervene to ensure I spoke to someone for some peace of mind. It was well worth it and highly recommend them!
Will be passing the word on to all my friends and family.
