Ship-a-Car Direct transported my very elderly Mother's car from Florida to Georgia. This was a completely new experience and business of which I knew nothing. Angela explained how the process works and answered all of my questions. She conveyed the confidence I needed to make the decision to use Ship-a-Car Direct. All I can say was that the transport was seamless. After the company and driver was assigned, Angela provided the answers to all my questions about the car pick-up to minimize any kind of anxiety that my elderly Mother had about entrusting her pristine Toyota Corolla to be driven on a flatbed truck to my home. Devon, the driver was extremely patient with my mother- he communicated with me during the trip to Georgia. As I told Angela on the phone receiving the car, I would recommend this company to anyone who needed to have a car transported. If the need ever arises again to have a car shipped, I will definitely call Angela to arrange the work. This company does what they say they do in a professional manner from top to bottom.
