Thank you for giving us a good amount of lead time, however, carrier assignment usually comes closer to the actual move day, especially with the upcoming holidays it is a bit challenging to get a carrier right away. Our apologies if you found Stefan hard to reach, that isn't usual- we also have our 24/7 support line when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends.
