Took three days (incl weekend) for Ship a Car Direct to find me a car carrier (USA Transport), two days to pick up the vehicle, and three days to transport vehicle from Washington State to New Mexico. Vehicle arrived in NM a day early. All involved were professional and stayed in communication. No problems, no damage, no complaints. Recommended.
