I had to ship a car from Maryland to California for a cross country move. Scott was great and helped explain everything and gave me a very competitive quote compared to other car shipping websites. The Friday before pickup, the original carrier dropped the bid and Scott got me another carrier to take my car before I could even get on the phone to call him. That was super impressive. The carrier gave me timely updates and texted me when he was getting close to the drop off in California and it was dropped off early. It was picked up on a Monday and dropped off in California the next Friday. Ship a Car direct is worth their rating on the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports and I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else. They made the part of the move I was most worried about the least stressful.
