The car arrived in good condition with no damage or issues. After reading other reviews about open carrier horror stories online, I decided paying more $ for an enclosed carrier was worth the extra peace of mind to have my car delivered in 1 piece. It was also hard finding a transport co willing to p/u a car on the week of Thanksgiving, so a small delay was completely understandable. All in all, Ship a Car Direct has great customer service, is reasonable, & did an excellent job. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. Remember... You get what you pay for & cost isn't everything but good business is priceless.
