I am a repeat customer for ship a car. As always they have responded to my order very promptly assigning a customer representative who helped me through the process. The actual pickup date was finalized only a day before. I would have wished they gave me a wider window. They could only came up with just one option to choose from this time, as against last time. The pickup was prompt but the driver has delayed couple of hours at the time of delivery, as against the communicated time, on the day of delivery.
