The driver office called a few times to arrange for pickup, answer my questions, and the driver came to pick up the car on time. It was picked up on 12/16/2016 and delivered the following Monday 12/19/2016. the car was dirty, but I expected that it was on a open carrier. My overall experience with direct ship a car was good, good web site and good customer service.
