I was shipping my car interstate from TN to NJ and it was my first auto ship order. I did not know that order has to be placed in the market at least few weeks ahead to get right price and carrier. Moreover, I was planning to ship the car between Christmas and New year holidays. It was difficult to find the carrier during that period. After reading online reviews of tons of auto ship broker companies, I chose Ship a Car Direct. O boy, didn't I make the right choice. Bruce was my agent and he was honest with me since beginning about the process and how carriers bid for the same order. Bruce selected "OnTime 1 Transport Inc" for me. Carlos is the carrier driver and his wife manages customer service part (like status update). I never seen such a nice team. Customer service was great. They accommodated my request to take my car 2 days early than scheduled date. I dropped my car in their garage as I had take an early flight. Carlos picked up my car after 2 days and delivered it in NJ within next 3 days. When Carlos called me to take the delivery outside my apartment building I was mentally prepared to see some scratches on the car but also prayed inside my head that there should be no expensive damages of any kind. To my surprise, car was delivered in perfect condition. Not even a single scratch. Not a speck of dirt on the car. Found Car mileage the way I left. I got nothing but praise for Carlos - very polite, professional guy who delivered my car on time without any damage.
