My shipper picked up a block from my house which made it super easy. They arrived ahead of schedule to my new address which was wonderful! Company was great at answering concerns and questions. Had a little trouble reaching the transporter, so I called the Ship a Car Direct team and they escalated it at the shipper and I got a call back immediately. Overall a great experience.
