I needed to ship a car I purchased in Connecticut to Utah. I researched a ton of different companies and found that many had old, clunky websites and lots of add ons and upsells they push on you. Ship A Car Direct had a clean, modern website and straight forward pricing that made my decision easy. I learned a lot from their FAQ Videos from their owner and appreciated the glimpse into the company I'd be doing business with. Their customer service was always prompt and professional.

My number one priority was getting a reliable carrier who would take care of my vehicle. The vetting process they go through to weed out the bad carriers helped me feel like my vehicle would be in good hands. Pricing was another high priority and their quote was very close to others competitors. What I found is companies that come in with a seemingly lower quote offer you bare bone service with no insurance, etc. and try to upsell the hell out of you. Ship A Car Direct bundles everything you need into a competitive price making the purchase simple and stress free.

Only issue I had was I tried to ship the car the last few weeks of December which is a hard time to ship due to the lack of transporter availability with the holidays. This wasn't their fault and more how the industry operates so shipping did take a bit longer than I would've liked. After the holidays Angela (my representative) made sure the car was picked up asap. Due to the holiday delay, she even found me a team driver transporter who transported the car 2,200 miles in two days. Impressive. I'd definitely use Ship A Car Direct again and would recommend them to anyone who wants the best.
