I began the process of looking for an auto transport company in early December '16. I used a website that contacted multiple companies. Boy, was I disappointed. I still get robo calls from one company that come from an unknown caller. I then kind of abandoned the process. In late December '16, I researched consumer reviews and the BBB and found shipacardirect.com. I filled out the information and was promptly contacted by Stefan. He gave me an honest quote and a realistic pick up and delivery delivery date. Due to the holiday season he told me to expect at least 2 weeks before they would probably find an auto transport company. I was surprised when Stefan called me 3 days later to tell me he found a company, Topline Logistics. I was given a phone number to call to confirm my pickup and delivery information with the driver. The Topline Logistics driver, Serge, actually answered the phone and we confirmed all details. The car was picked up on the day he said he would. He even came almost directly to my house with his big truck. He patiently answered all my questions and worked with me on the special delivery location I needed. Serge called me the day before the delivery to confirm the delivery details and time. The car was delivered right in the middle of his estimated delivery time, a 3 day window. If the need ever arose again, I would definitely use shipacardirect.com and try to use Topline Logistics as the auto transport company.
