If you're shipping a car, this is the company to use! It might cost a little bit more than other comanies charge, but it's well worth it. I initially spoke with David at Ship A Car Direct when I needed to get my car shipped from Michigan to Central Florida. He explained the whole process, and emailed me the company contact information, including 24hr customer service line, company website and his peronal cell number. During the period prior to having my car picked up, David kept in contact with me often, explaining different aspects of the process and sending links of helpful information and videos. He explained that they only use select, top rate, transporters. And it proved to be very true. Auto Ship West was my transporter and Dominic my driver. He was the very best!!! He picked up my car in Grand Rapids, Michigan and delivered it to me in Mt Dora, Florida three days later on the exact dates I had asked for. He had a new, clean, beautiful rig and even had gotten my car washed for me beause he had been through some really rough weather getting down to Florida. He said "I just couldn't deliver a car that dirty". I can't say enough about Ship A Car Direct, David and Dominic. They made it easy and a huge success for me!
