Without a doubt, I would use their services again. I was shipping my daughter's car right after the Christmas holiday and Bruce was very upfront with me and told me not to expect a pickup until after the New Year. I appreciate his honesty and not setting false expectations. I got notified soon after the New Year and my daughter's car was picked up by Steven and two other gentlemen. They were all business and no hassle. Steven also delivered the car in San Diego and there was no damage to the vehicle. We could not have asked for a better experience. There is always some apprehension in moving forward with a car shipment like this when you have not done it before. I am very pleased with this experience and highly recommend Ship a Car Direct!!
