Ship-A-Car-Direct was very easy to use. They have great informational videos for first-time users. This is my second time using the company. My first time transporting my cars, I had a few concerns about the company doing the delivery (Not ShipACar). Ship A Car was very receptive to my concerns. Not only that, but they also answered all my questions about the deliveries and informed me of all my options.
