Ship direct provided excellent and timely service. They were able to pick up my car the next day after I called - which was right before the Thanksgiving holiday. The holiday did not impact the arrival schedule - as the car was on time and in good condition. They even worked with me to hold off delivery one day to meet my schedule. The car arrived in California in the same condition as when it left. The driver was professional and courteous.
