Was worried it would not be possible to get my car to MA before my new job given the right timeframe and the fact that I made the reservation during the December-New Year holiday week. Everyone was straightforward and easy to reach. My car was delivered the morning of the delivery day- especially impressive given the challenging weather across the country at the time of transit!
