overall this was a positive experience. Eric was always available to answer questions or address concerns. If I could not get him immediately, he always returned the call. the only issue was it took much longer than I had expected to locate an enclosed trailer to bring my car to AZ. this caused me to keep a rental car longer than I had expected
I cannot complain about the service of either Eric or the driver both of who were very professional and courteous
