Everything went as smooth as possible. I had a window date of 3-4 days once I booked the car but they actually didn't picked it up until 7 days after I booked which was disappointing, but can't help the weather. There was confusion at the pick-up because I specifically said I could only pay the full amount with a credit card and apparently that wasn't relayed to the driver who was expecting cash. Driver delivered on time given his estimate. Driver was nice enough to wait an hour for me to get off work so that I could pick up my car. I've done this 3x and all and all it's on par with the service I have received with other reputable companies. On time, in one piece, and not outrageously expensive are the goals, and they succeeded.
