I was lucky, in that I had zero issues. I booked online a week in advance of the desired shipping date. I got assigned a carrier by Ship-a-car on the day of pickup. The carrier was Kotermak Auto transport. The carrier was excellent with respect to communication, pickup, transportation and delivery. Overall, a positive experience.
I guess my only criticism would be a little more communication from Ship-a-car after placing an order. It might be non-essential, but I would think that shipping a car is an expensive and nervous experience for most customers, so more communication helps allay some concerns.
With that said, I would surely recommend Ship-a-car and Kotermak to my friends.
