I'm glad my car arrived, and earlier than expected, thanks to the kind driver. The only draw back is that my driver texted me to call him so I did, and he proceeded to yell at me harshly for disturbing him :/ but I clarified that I was just calling because he asked me to, and stayed patient as he vented his driving woes, and he calmed down. It would have been helpful to be able to track the delivery of the car without contacting the driver. If he's transporting 16 cars at once he would have 16 anxious customers constantly calling and texting him. I know its tough on drivers to answer calls or look at texts while driving so I'm not blaming the poor man. He's an honest and kind driver who was just frustrated. I'm giving 4 stars and not 3 because the driver arranged for me to pick up the car directly from him at the company as opposed to waiting for the company to get local drivers to drive it to my place (because that would take a few more days). That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.
