Hello - This is my 2nd experience of shipping my car in US and 1st one with shipdirect. I found them on google looking for a reliable and best reviewed car shipping company. Eric one of the sales agent got in touch with me and explained the entire process with complete honestly. I placed my order by providing enough lead time for ship direct to assign a carrier for timely pickup. Pickup was scheduled day but not at the time when it was promised. I had to reach out to the carrier and they were very professional in their response and called me back with the schedule pick up time. Delivery was seamless as with no the vehicle in perfect condition. I would recommend anyone who is looking to ship their car to give a try to ship direct.
