I've never had to ship a car in my life. Going in with no prior experience (and not knowing anyone who's done this before) was a little scary, like if it's a scam or having my car stolen, etc...

Overall I had a great experience. My car was at my brothers house in PA, and I moved to Las Vegas, NV. So, if you haven't made the first step, you fill out a form for a quick estimate. After you get the quote (email), you can literally click 'place your order' through the email. While they're looking for a carrier, they send you a few emails with some basic information- like helpful video links and status updates. Once they find a carrier (I was given Jana Transportation Inc.) you receive your order # and the carriers phone number, and a separate email with the remaining balance of what you owe the carrier on delivery (Cash or Cashiers Check only). The only time I had to speak to someone on the phone was when the driver was about an hour away, letting me know he was in the area. The driver of Jana Transportation Inc. was very nice. The car showed up a little dirty, but that was expected being on an open carrier. He let me look the car over as long as I wanted and was thrilled it didn't have a scratch on it.

It's hard believing reviews of any of these companies, but Ship a Car Direct does have the most positive on multiple websites. Also, you get a rebate when you submit a review (which is why I'm writing this lol), so most of their customer reviews are probably legit. Anyway, I had a great experience so I hope this helped!
