This was the first time I have ever shipped a car before. In addition, my Mustang was being shipped from laconia New Hampshire to Memphis TN. This was over 20 hours and over 1000 miles distance. The car arrived in amazing condition and besides a little dust was in immaculate condition. Also I had originally paid for an open transport, but was extremely happy and surprised when I saw that the transport was enclosed. Eugene, my driver was amazing and picked up my car two days after I filled out all of the paper work. Finally, it took him about 4 days to reach me and kept in constant communication with me. If I ever need a car shipped again I will definitely use ShipacarDirect again.
