Good experience with Ship A Car Direct

I wanted to ship a HONDA ACCORD back from CA to WI. You know, around 2000 miles, so I do not want to drive back. I did some homework to find a reliable broker/carrier. After looking through some detailed reviews on transportreviews and Yelp, I think Ship A Car Direct might be the most reliable one in this industry (it turned out to be true later).

I sent a quote request via Yelp. Ship A Car Direct's owner/manager Michael gave an estimation. Then he assigned Scott to help me. I talked with Scott on the phone, then placed my order. About 5 days later, Scott told me he has found a carrier for my car.

The he emailed me all the details about the carrier/driver. The driver contacted me and got his truck near my apartment.
After that, Ship A Car Direct also give me some very useful information/help. It was a good experience working with them.

After 5 days later, my car is in Madison. The driver called me and I examined the car - it is the same as before. The only problem I found is that the font tire pressure is low because the temperature in Madison is much lower compared with CA.

Overall, very good experience working with Ship A Car Direct to ship my car from CA to WI. I would like to work with them again in the future.
