This is the second time I used Ship A Car Direct. Originally I looked at several brokers and decided to use them because, based on my research, I felt Ship A Car Direct was the most reliable of the companies I looked at. This time my customer service rep was Scott. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the process of shipping my son's car from Florida to California. The car was picked up within 6 days of my order by CP Auto Transport. They were on time, very accommodating and the car was delivered in 6 days. Ship a Car Direct and CP Auto Transport exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
