David provided excellent assistance in securing a transporter to meet our short timeline when other companies could not. Alex, with GPN Express Company, provided outstanding service from pre-pickup through delivery. Even though he experienced a delay due to equipment problems beyond his control, he still kept me informed and even scheduled an evening pickup to meet our timeline. Alex was extremely professional working with my wife on pickup and daughter on delivery. He took pictures and emailed them to us in addition to the Ship a Car Direct app that we used. The app was extremely easy to use and share with my daughter at the delivery location. David then followed up with us after delivery to make sure the service was as expected. This was a very smooth process and professional service.
