Overall, I was very satisfied with Ship-a-car Direct. Matt, their broker, was a pleasure to speak with. He kept me constantly apprised of pertinent information throughout all stages of my transport. My specific carrier was Eric's Express M., and my driver was "Tony." Tony was awesome. He came precisely when he said he would, and he too was a joy to work with. I will ship the same car back next year, and when I do, I intend to use Ship-a-car Direct again.
