Customer service was great. Very good follow up and stayed connected through out the shipping experience. Will definitely recommend Ship a car direct to others. Pick up date was almost 4 days later than originally scheduled. The driver changed the actual pick up time 3-4 times which was quite inconvenient. Deliver was also late by 2 days.
