Will make this quick and simple. Both the Broker [Ship A Car Direct] and Shipper [Unified Auto Tansport] were AWESOME!! Everything was smooth and as expected. Gabby and Mike (?) were super friendly and helpful throughout.

The only hitch in this entire process was dealing with the terminal service. Basically when you're car gets delivered it will most likely be on a weekday during normal business hrs, so if you're like me and you're working you'll have to deal with having it dropped at a terminal (place where you can pick it up). Problem is these terminals also seem to have typical business hrs. Which means you can't just get out of work and pick your car up, which would seem to be the whole point of this service. In my case the shipper went above and beyond and offered to pay half of an additional fee by this horrible auto shop in Mass that they were using as a terminal for my vehicle. These guys were beyond rude on the phone and had an overall attitude that exuded not giving a F**k. I would never ever bring my car to them for ANYTHING. Here's their full business information. Again both Ship A Car Direct (Broker) AND Unified Auto Trans Corp (Shipper) were GREAT!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing to deal with shipping a car, which can be a real hassle. And yes I am presumably getting a $30 rebate for writing this review, but I had a fine experience overall, other than dealing with Ned's towing as mentioned above. And even that wasn't really a huge problem, it was just the attitude and the extra money it cost that was upsetting.
