Ok customer service

At the end of the day my car was shipped well. It was delivered in the time frame I expected and there were no issues. However I did find the customer service at the front end to be a little lacking. I didn't feel like setting up a pick up time was explained well in the order process so my car ended up being picked up a couple of days later than I would have liked. It turned out just fine, but I would have had a better experience if that process had been better explained.

You can always call your representative during normal business hours or we also have our 24/7 support line when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends.
