I had given a large window the first time based on reading about car transport. I missed the notice emails and carrier called to pick up the first day in the window which was way earlier than expected. Matt fixed everything and got me a carrier the day before I left at no extra charge. That saved me so much money in transportation before my move! I know which company I will use for any car transportation ever again.
