The car pick-up and delivery went smoothly. My car was picked-up and delivered door to door. It took 4-5 days to get a career assigned after the first scheduled pick-up date (Mid-west winters!). But once the career was assigned, everything was quick and on-time. My agent was very helpful through-out the process and highly co-operated to get a career assigned as quickly as possible, WITHOUT making my total cost becoming way-off from the initial estimate provided by shipacardirect.
I am giving 4 star rating because the delay in getting the career assigned. However, I highly recommend shipacardirect and would definitely use it next time if I'm moving.
