I researched and researched and researched before booking with shipmycardirect. I received "estimates" to ship my car from Michigan to California that ranged from $700 to $1,700.

Two companies promised me "guaranteed pick up windows." The first company promised me a guaranteed 5-day pickup window and the second company offered me a 3-day pickup window. Both companies charged extra for this guaranteed pickup window. However, when the companies sent me the final contract to sign, the terms and conditions explicitly stated that there was no guaranteed pickup window. When I brought this fact to the companies' attention, both companies blamed it on boilerplate language and "corporate." Interestingly, neither company was willing to redact said language from the final contract.

Bruce at shipmycardirect was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Bruce did not make any guarantees that he could not keep. Bruce contacted me regularly either by phone or by email to let me know how things were going. While I ended up paying a little bit more than Bruce's original estimate ($100), he split the difference with me. In addition, the final price ($1,200) that I paid was still less than what some other companies had quoted me. I think the final price was fair.

My car was shipped 1 day after I had hoped, but it arrived 3 days earlier than I had expected. Therefore, I ended up ahead in the end. Give Bruce at shipmycardirect a chance. Bruce's honesty won me over and you simply will not get that type of honesty from the other companies.
