This was the first time I have ever had to ship a car from one side of the country to the other. I had no clue where to begin. I am beyond pleased with every single aspect of the service provided by Ship a Car Direct. Words that come to mind: responsive, just in time, thorough, precise, attentive, professional, courteous, customer-oriented, over the top attention to my needs and questions, careful, friendly. I could keep going. From the first email to the carrier's professionalism and courtesy, from the useful tips and prompts along the way to the final check-in- I would trust my car to the folks at Ship a Car Direct again and again and again and again.
