When I received my car it was extremely dirty (which is understandable) but I was very disappointed to see that my car was covered in engine oil from a vehicle above mine leaking. Mike, the driver was helpful, he arrived one day after he said he would which is okay because it worked out with my schedule, but he was also helpful because he gave me a discount on the final price (-$25) to get my car cleaned which was much appreciated.
I was happy to see that there wasn't any major damage other than a small scratch I found after washing my car.
Overall, besides the oil, service was good I did get my car earlier than I expected.

Open auto carriers are typically bi-level trailers that can carry two rows of cars. These trailers lack sides and roofs, making the vehicles onboard open to the elements at all times.
