My driver did not contact me until arrival at source location. Stated inability to speak with my contact person. Indicated he drove 100 miles to get to location. Thought communication would have occurred first before arriving at pick up location. Time of pick up was late at night. I was the last car on the transport so this may be the cause. My crew is young so the late hour was not an issue. If this had been my mom shipping a car it would have been an issue.
