I was very concerned about shipping my car, and did not have any recommendations from anyone. I am so pleased that I finally decided on Ship a Car Direct. Matt kept the lines of communication always open, giving me instructions and telling me what to expect. I had numbers to call if I had any concerns, and questions were answered promptly. The transporter, Alex, arrived at the designated time, calling a day ahead and then 30 minutes before arriving. He seemed very concerned about his responsibility to take good care of the cars. The car was delivered as per his estimate. So the whole process went very smoothly and I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.
