I was a little bit stressed with the process of shipping my car. However, the people from Ship a Car Direct were very helpful and clearly explained all the process. I was assigned a driver and arranged the pick-up of my car only one day after submitting my shipping request. The driver was very helpful and we agree to meet in a parking lot cause I live in an apartment. The delivery was so fast that I was not able to be there for pick-up. Fortunately, the shipping company figured out how to solve the problem and they even allowed me to pay for the service online.
Overall a very smooth process.
