Sorry to hear you find communicating with us a bit challenging, we actually have our 24/7 support line when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. We don't guarantee dates and we always make sure customers are informed that's why we always recommend having a back up plan, but we are glad to hear that the rest of the shipment went smoothly.
