We started the process in early January, right after the huge snow storms in the central US hit. Our representative knew that we needed the car moved to Oregon as soon as possible. He kept us in the loop and made sure that we were made aware of all possible scenarios. However, only those vehicles with high prices were moving at the time. After seeing some movement in the market, we decided to raise our price and in early February we were contacted by a transport company. They met me at a predetermined location and the process was set in motion. Pictures were taken, descriptions and flaws were noted and the car was loaded. It was with great delight that we learned the car was arriving after only 6 days on the road. Everyone we dealt with went over and above. Our representative, was always upbeat and positive, although the reality of the weather kept everyone frustrated. The carrier driver was cordial and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the steps in the trip including his schedule for pick ups and drop offs. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.
