Happy with transport

Ship A Car Direct, specifically Kosta, did a great job. Kosta answered all of my questions and worked quickly. The price was not too bad either (about average). I would have awarded them five stars, but I had a few minor issues with the shipping company they set me up with (United Transport Van Lines Inc.), most notably communication. There is no tracking system for the truck and I found myself having to call the company to locate the truck, as this was never initiated by the company. Also, all communications were to the main office rather than the driver, which delayed responses and made arranging pick-up and drop-off locations and times harder than it needed to be. Also, my truck ended up being dropped off 30 minutes away in a rough part of my new city and at night, which I did not care for. The truck also came in pretty dirty, but I expected that having been transported across the country. Fortunately, George the driver was great and helped to ease my nerves when my car was shipped. All in all, I would recommend both companies.
